To educate students, promote life long learning and encourage students to become productive citizens within a positive and safe learning environment.
The district's K-12 Fine Arts Festival is scheduled for March 20 through 23 at Ewell Elementary, at the corner of Shelby Road and 23 Mile Road. The celebration features work from every UCS school. 

Opening night will be Monday, March 20 from 6:30-8:00 p.m.  A reception will be held at 7 p.m. and shuttles will be available from Switzer and Wiley Elementary Schools and Eisenhower High School.

Other Hours through the week include:

-Tuesday, March 21 - 1 to 8 p.m.
-Wednesday, March 22 - 1 to 8 p.m.
-Thursday, March 23 - 5 to 8 p.m. 

Utica Community Schools is Michigan's second largest school district.   

Student achievement in the district outpaces all county, state and national averages. The district's graduation rate is 12 points higher than the state average and students and staff are regularly honored for excellence.
